Flexi Pay is a HealthForceGo® app feature that allows you to instantly withdraw an advance of up to 50% of the value of your existing shifts (Includes weekends and bank holidays) Role As a Care Assistant in Bath, you'll be an expert caregiver happy to cover weekend shifts supporting service users with various requirements in establishments throughout the area. You will play an important role in ensuring that they are supported with daily tasks like clinical requirements, personal care, eating, social integration activities and any other services required. We can work our shifts to fit around your existing schedule to give you the freedom to meet your pre-existing requirements. What we require You'll already have what it takes to provide excellent care, with a minimum 3 months experience under your belt. We hire individuals who provide the same standard of care they'd expect for a family member. To provide this, we need all healthcare staff to demonstrate our core values of trust, empathy and expertise on every shift. The right to work in the UK is also a requirement.
