Senior Aesthetic Therapist - Private Aesthetic Clinic Central London Full Time - 40 hours £24,000 - £28,000 Commission Benefits The Client Compass Associates are proud to be recruiting for a leading Private Aesthetic Clinic in their search for an Aesthetic Therapist. The clinic offers a wide variety of the latest and most advanced skin care technology, alongside non-surgical cosmetic treatments and advanced beauty treatments. They strive on offering the best possible standard of service and are looking for a hardworking, passionate professional to join their established team. The client invest heavily into their staff and offer extensive training on all the machines at the clinic. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join an established team based in Central London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Aesthetic Therapist and will hold an NVQ Level 4 qualification and have experience in advance laser and skin treatments. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of skin rejuvenation treatments, laser treatment, up selling of retail products and treatments and also ensuring that all patients receive five-star service at all times. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, worked across four long days including every other weekend. Requirements A minimum of five years' experience practising aesthetic treatments NVQ Level 4 in Laser AND Core of Knowledge Experience in Laser Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation Excellent customer service Strong sales experience and commercial awareness Target driven Be passionate about achieving results and combining treatments Good team player, committed, flexible, presentable, conscientious and reliable Display a friendly and professional manner and be able to communicate effectively with patients, management and co-workers Summary My client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Aesthetic Therapist to join their growing team at their Aesthetic Clinic in Central London. There is a starting salary of £24,000 increasing to £28,000 upon successful probation and induction training. There are also fantastic benefits that would be discussed further at interview stage.
