Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead DevOps Engineer/SRE/Platform/Azure My forward thinking client in London is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead DevOps Engineer/SRE/Platform engineer to define, design an operate the infrastructure platforms for both the business and its clients. You will have strong infrastrucure background and be used to working in cloud environments (Azure). Summary of Role You will be responsible for ensuring that the Azure platform is leveraged across all of the products. As the Senior DevOps Engineer/Lead DevOps Engineer/SRE/Platform engineer, you will also be responsible for opportunities to apply the infrastructure across Platform and Software as a service solutions. The role would suit someone who has a strong infrastructure/Azure background, with a good grounding on solution architecture and the whole life cycle from application to data. Key responsibilities Infrastructure design Knowledge of Software and Software testing Working to DevOps best practises for deployment and release (software) Experience monitoring platform and infrastructure System monitoring Essential skills MS Azure environments Hands on Infrastructure background (3rd/4th line) Leadership experience Software development experience Experience of coding to support the infrastructure Outstanding levels of communication is essential to this role.
