Overview
Our Leeds based client are looking to recruit a Customer Development Executive on a full time, permanent basis. They are a leader in their industry and provide full training on the product they supply for each new starter. THE ROLE: Answering inbound calls, dealing with new orders and general enquiries Outbound calls, ensuring database is kept clean and refreshed Contacting 'lapsed accounts' keeping the company name fresh in their mind andupdating any newly found information on their systems Other general administration duties such as filling, providing refreshments and greeting customers THIS IS NOT A COLD CALLING ROLE THE CANDIDATE: Knowledge and/or g eneral interest in the beauty industry is essential Previous telephone sales or telephone customer service experience A friendly and professional telephone manner/approach is essential Must be competent with other general administration duties such as filling, providing refreshments and greeting customers SALARY & BENEFITS: 20 Days Holidays stats 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday 23k - 25k depending on experience
