Overview
Job Title: Private Client Associate Location: Central London Salary: Up to £50,000 package My client, an Internal Accountancy practice that are know for their work within private Client Tax, are looking for a Private Client Associate to join their highly respected and expanding Private Client Tax team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a someone who has at 2 years worth of experience working within Private Client Tax in London to join firm that has arguably the most complex and interesting tax work outside of The Big 4. Responsibilities for this role include: Preparing tax returns for review by the Manager Interfacing between clients and managers Assisting with general private client issues and suggesting tax planning opportunities for clients within their portfolio Communicating and corresponding with HMRC Communicating with and answering queries from clients Assisting with the training and supervision of more junior members of staff Other ad-hoc duties in line with the role Requirements for this role include: Newly qualified or part qualified (ATT/CTA or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience working in Private Client tax Good general knowledge of income tax, capital allowances, employment taxes, capital gains tax and benefits, and non-doms A basic knowledge of capital gains tax, treatment of foreign income, capital allowances, tax credits, and inheritance tax Good communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft software Good organisational skills If you are interested in this role please apply directly or for more information please call Matthew Barber on
