Overview
My client, a leading managed services provider based in Essex are currently in the market for a Senior Cloud Engineer As a Cloud Engineer you collaborate with Architects to deliver Azure infrastructure in line with detailed architectural designs. You will be expected to; Implimenting and delivering a wide variety of Microsoft Azure projects Building and deploying Azure Landing Zone and configuring Azure Virtual Networks. Configuring and supporting VPN's including hybrid network configurations. Deploying and maintaining Azure BluePrints and migrating and administering Microsoft Identity and Access Management products. Deploying, configuring and optimizing Azure storage. Managing workload migrations from on-premise and other cloud platforms to Azure. Participating in performance troubleshooting. Identifying architecture design alternatives to deliver optimization Skills: Knowledge of a range of services from the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform particularly in relation to infrastructure and security related services such as Azure AD, IaaS, Containers, Storage, Networking and Azure Security. Deep Understanding of Linux and Windows Operating systems and Virtual Machines. Great understanding of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks. Highly proficient within Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Azure AD Proxy, SAML and Active Directory Domain Services. Experience in the delivery of enterprise level highly available solutions and infrastructure with recent focus on Microsoft Cloud platform. Experience deploying Microsoft Azure Landing zones. The client is offering 2 days remote working and the opportunity to work out of their London or Chelmsford office. Paying up to 80k for the right candidate.
