CLASS 4 MOT TESTER/LEVEL 3 VEHICLE TECHNICIAN Salary: £15.00ph PAYE £19.32ph LTD/Umbrella Start Date: End of April 2020 Location: Leeds Hours: 8am to 5pm Igloo are recruiting for their client who is a leading finished vehicle logistics company with locations across the UK who specialise in new and used vehicle preparation, logistics and secure storage to the automotive industry. They are currently seeking a Class 4 MOT Tester who is qualified as a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join a day shift in their Technical Centre based in Leeds. The Role: Carry out Class 4 MOT tests. Complete full services. Fault find and use diagnostic kits to ascertain problems with the vehicles. Undertake repairs and replacements of a variety of faulty car parts typical repairs will include, brake discs & pads, callipers, shock absorbers and all aspects suspension. You will be required to undertake other general mechanical duties. Vehicles can range from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles. Working within a fast paced, modern, well equipped Technical Centre. Essential Qualities & Requirements: Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in a motor vehicle repair qualification. Hold a valid and in date Class 4 MOT Tester qualification. Carry work out to a high standard. Previous vehicle technician & MOT Tester experience is essential for this role. Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences. Must have own tool kit. In Return You Can Expect: Free onsite car parking. Weekly pay.
