Overview
Contek are working with a sub-contract engineering company based in Healey They require additional CNC Millers to join the team. As a CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator, your duties will include; Programming, Setting and Operating CNC Milling machines using Fanuc Controls (Or Transferable Skills on similar operating systems) Working to tight tolerances Using 3/4-axis machines Liaising with CAD departments and planning for production. The Candidate: To be considered for this role, the candidate must possess the following; Experience Programming - Fanuc (Or Similar Conversational systems) Able to write own programmes from scratch (ideal) Able to edit programmes (essential) Able to read and work to technical drawings 3/4 axis experience Able to work unsupervised Flexible day shift - Overtime often available.
