Production Operative - Electronics

Your role as a Production Operative will be to process a wide range of components to high standards, output and yield. Current shifts available - Days - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday Rotating shifts - 2 weeks of early shift, 6am to 2pm and 2 weeks of late shift, from 2pm to 10pm on a rotation basis. Monday to Friday Late shift - 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday A premium rate is paid for the shift work. Overtime is available depending on the department and production levels, the first 2 hours of overtime are at time and a third, after that its time and a half. A quarterly bonus is available, which is against profit and targets. The ideal candidate will have the following skills - Great hand to eye co-ordination/dexterity An excellent sense of accuracy Good eye sight (this does not exclude you if you wear glasses - as long as you have good eye sight when wearing your glasses) Ideally you have production experience with small components - this is desirable and not essential. Flexibility around different shift patterns Good team work and work ethic A basic level of Maths, English and IT. Interested?
