Overview

New requirement for 2 Implementation Consultants / Professional Services Consultants with strong ERP software implementation experience and any of the following modules: Supply Chain, Distribution, Manufacturing, Project Management module or Finance / Accounting. They are happy to cross train you from another ERP solution. Salary to £55k plus a £5k bonus, generous car allowance, private health care and life assurance. The roles are home based anywhere in the UK, Birmingham is just a marker point. You need to be a skilled, professional ERP Software Consultant with client facing consulting experience, happy to work remotely and travel to client sites throughout the UK. You are a clear and enthusiastic communicator, who builds strong relationships with your customers and can see the whole picture of their business requirements. Working here as an ERP Consultant you will specialise in one specific module of their ERP software but also gain strong consulting skills in 2 of the other modules. You would be based out on client sites alongside other consultants rather than on your own, and it is normal to work on site for 3 or 4 days a week, and typically to work from home on Friday. So, you must be happy to travel extensively throughout the UK. Their training programme is excellent, and you will be eased into consulting by initially working with a mentor and shadowing another Senior ERP Consultant. This is a strong, professional environment and you will get extensive training in their software. This renowned company develop, sell and implement their own world class modular ERP software and they are a global success with nearly 3,000 employees across the world in more than 40 countries, of which 400 people are based in Europe with their European head office here in the UK. They look for proactive, professional and driven ERP Consultants who are strong communicators, with good organisational and planning skills, drive and diplomacy. This company has grown by 25% each year over the past three years and continues to grow, with the need for 2 more ERP Consultants in Q1 of this year. They have successfully recruited a lot of graduates recently and grown their junior consulting team, but now they need 2 more experienced ERP Implementation Consultants who have worked on projects of over 100 days. You will be experienced in gathering the clients' requirements, transforming those into detailed documentation specs, configuring the modules to suit needs, training the users, assisting with testing, implementing the software and providing go-live support. If you can do some pre-sales as well that would be great. The projects here are large and therefore this environment would be good for ERP Consultants who like working with other consultants out on client site, with a lot of collaboration and cooperation. You are given a lot of responsibility and freedom here with the chance to develop and grow, to influence product advancement and to work on large, challenging projects. This is a truly global software company with global opportunities, so if you want to work overseas in the future, you can be accommodated. You can be based from home pretty much anywhere in the UK as clients are nationwide.
