Overview
I am recruiting for a talented aesthetician for a leading chain of small clinics led by a doctor in London. Please be immaculately presented with a natural appearance. Working Hours Tuesday to Saturday Days off would be Sunday and Monday (they are closed on Sundays) Off all Bank Holidays Working hours will include a mixture of early and late shifts - latest finish would be 20:00 Job Specification Successful candidates should be working in an aesthetic clinic, with a minimum of two years post qualification experience including laser experience. Although full training will be provided on the equipment that they use, preference will be given to candidates with experience of Soprano/Harmony lasers, radio frequency, 3D Lipo, Skin Tech, Ultherapy, Dermaroller, facial skin peels and advanced skin care experience. They use Obagi and Dermaquest products (so experience of these products would be an advantage). The candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, excellent written and spoken English and be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner fitting with the elite brand of my client. Required skills and experience: NVQ Level 3 beauty Laser core knowledge A minimum of two years post qualification experience in aesthetics Experience in lasers - ESSENTIAL Experience in electronic facials and skin analysis Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well presented Professional attitude Flexible with availability Excellent and dedicated attitude towards their work Available to commence employment ASAP Requirements Qualifications: Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 Additional Qualifications: Microdermabrasion, Skin Peels Work Experience - Sales: 1 - 2 Years, Practical: 1 - 2 Years Languages: English A valid UK/ EU work permit: Required Package Benefits - Excellent commission structure of £3600 additional (per annum) - Discounted Treatments - Income Protection - Life Insurance
