Overview
A new private aesthetic clinic is aiming for the very highly competent aesthetician to join their new clinic in Richmond upon Thames and to meet the increasing demand and to expand their services. My clients standards are very high, and so we are looking for someone who not only has the right qualifications but can also project a sophisticated image to their customers when dealing with them on day to day basis. Working in this role, you will: • Offer medical facials for patients with problematic skin (e.g. acne, hyperpigmentation and Rosacea)• A lot of experience in laser, radio frequency, ultrasound, IPL, microneedling, advanced skin peels and advanced skin care experience.• Offer luxury, anti-ageing facials treatments• Experience in ZO Obagi, would be an advantage.• Assist our medical aesthetic practitioner in the clinic.• Advise patients on home care regiments (in clinic and via telephone consultations)• ensure that our patients receive the best customer experience when contacting or visiting our clinic.• help with day to day operational work such as maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of your treatment room, first-rate customer service, stock ordering and administrative tasks such as data input etc.• Respond and answer enquiries by answering telephone calls and replying to emails To qualify for this role, you have:• Minimum of NVQ level 4 in Beauty Therapy• You will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to develop and retain a high end clientele, by providing an excellent service and maintaining a professional attitude.• Good computer skills• A confident, smart, friendly and professional personality with excellent English and great communication skills• excellent attendance record• professional personal presentation Please apply in confidence and we look forward to hearing from you.
