Senior Finance Planning & Business Analyst
Overview
Our client is a globally renowned and hugely well regarded digital media business - with offices around the world. As a result of expansion a newly created opportunity exists for a pasionate and driven financial planning and commercially orientated analyst. The role will be based at a highly desirable central london location as part of a head office of c 2000 employees. This is a key commercially focused finance opportunity, in which you will directly support a key VP of Commercial finance to directly assist the management team with financial and non-financial reporting, analysis, forecasting as well as ad hoc and add value project work in achieving its strategic goals. Key responsibilities are as follows Act as a key commercial business partner to the management team across the division Supporting the strategic goals of the team through analysis of financials and non-financials to understand the underlying drivers Helping senior management to prepare budgets, forecasts and analysis. Monthly financial reporting as well as presentation of these findings to senior management Ad hoc finance and commercial projects to support strategic goals and business decision making What we are looking for…. A strong academic record and full accountancy qualification is required for the role (overseas equivalent alternatively) Proven experience in analysing and understanding business drivers and their impact on financials Ability to work directly with senior management/ high level engagement Proactive and imaginative in finding solutions Ability to thrive within a dirven and passionate team of professionals within a down to earth, collaborative environment You will most likely be at 18 months post qualified experence level to 4 years post qualified but not restricted to
