Overview
Orka Financial is currently partnering with a business based in Basingstoke that is growing rapidly and has impressive expansion plans over the next year and is looking to recruit a confident Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will take ownership of the function making a real impact within the team. The role will also report into the wider finance team and be involved with strengthening the Order to Cash process The role would suit a candidate who is looking for the next step in a more senior position within credit. Duties Month end close of the sales ledger in line with company policies Ownership the bank reconciliation for bank receipts and debtors control account Maintain aged debtor report ensuring all credit notes and receipts match Resolve over payments by customers Awareness of the sales pipeline and new customer commercial terms Create new customers accounts on SAP Own the credit note process Weekly reporting on aged debts highlighting risks Order to Cash Analyst Posting invoices, monthly financial reporting Experience Accounts Receivable experience Confident liaising with senior management Driving new processes Salary £25,000 - £30,000 - excellent career progression & company benefits
