Personal Injury Lawyer An experienced Personal Injury Lawyer is required to join the Tiverton office of a Top 100 law firm. Working in this small, Legal 500 ranked Personal Injury department you will advise defendant and claimant clients on the full range of Personal Injury matters including but not limited to; RTAs, occupiers liability, EL and PL claims both pre and post litigation running fast track and multi-track cases to trial. In addition to fee earning you will be required to proactively participate in business development and assist with raising the profile of the team through relevant social media activity, training and preparing articles on new developments. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor / Legal executive with 2 - 3 years PQE, You will ideally have previous experience of advising both defendant and claimant. You will possess excellent academics and be comfortable with managing a busy and varied caseload of matters with little supervision. In addition to a competitive salary there is also a generous benefits package on offer.
