Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive

A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the premier Legal 500 firms in the South West and advise on both claimant and defendant personal injury work as a personal injury solicitor or legal executive. This small team based in Tiverton advises both individuals and business clients on RTAs, occupiers' liability and EL & PL claims at fast- and multi-track level. Dealing with work of an excellent quality, these cases can, of course, run to trial. In this role of personal injury solicitor or legal executive, you will also be involved in raising the profile of the team, particularly on social media, as well as through training and preparing articles on new developments. There will be a lot of client cross over between other departments within the firm. To apply for this position you should ideally have at least 1 or 2 years' PQE as a solicitor or legal executive. Candidates without specific personal injury experience but who have worked with wider litigation matters and are looking to specialise in personal injury should get in touch.
