Job Title: Training Coordinator Job Location: Central London Starting: 02/03/2020 Salary/Pay Rate: £34K - £42K (DOE) pro-rata Hours: Full-time Duration: 12 months Job Description: Position Description Provide operational support—both tactical and strategic—for all training-related events. Handle the many administrative, coordination and scheduling needs of this team. Requirements: You must be enthusiastic, dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for the coordination and seamless delivery of training programs. You must be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and follow through with training team members to achieve group and individual goals. You will also be a highly motivated professional with demonstrated project management, organizational and communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to grow positive working relationships with colleagues at all organizational levels. You must be flexible and possess outstanding decision-making skills. You should be extremely proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and demonstrate a high-level of "scrappiness". Highly organized and detailed-oriented. Ability to build and maintain positive and productive inter-departmental working relationships. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory BA/BS degree. Experience and demonstrated expertise in training coordination and project management. Excellent problem solving and conflict management skills. Expertise in complex global event and facilitator coordination across timezones, geos, and cultures. Excellent communication skills; facilitating clear and candid communication across the organisation. Ability to prioritise tasks and projects with little guidance Ability to remain calm under pressure Flexibility and able to make quick adjustments when unexpected changes arise Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch-in Proficient with office productivity software/tools (G-Suite experience preferred).
