Business Management Analyst Description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic graduate to join our Information Technology Team as a Business Management Administrator. The successful candidate will provide an overall support service to the Technology Business Management team primarily aligned to purchase order management and headcount management Job Requirements Managing the day to day activity for Purchase Requisitioning through the central technologyPO process Purchase Order creation including coding of all BAU and Project related Purchase Orders Assisting in the Good Receipting process of all Technology goods and services Acting as the conduit between service owners and accounts payable to resolve late invoice payment issues, system interface issues and any other ad-hoc requests Maintain store of all Statements of Works and Work Orders Proactive monitoring of all contract renewals Supporting the headcount management process to ensure that all movers, leavers and joiners are tracked accordingly, and new requirements feed through the central approval process Running reports and providing reconciliations as required. Assisting in the compilation of headcount reports and data for weekly hire review meetings Promoting best practice and process improvements within the support role Pearson is an equal opportunities employer. Qualifications Key Essential Skills: A recent graduate who has completed a course with a high degree of numeracy e.g. business degree, data analytics, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships Strong attention to detail with the ability to administer and maintain large amounts of data Dynamic in approach and operates at a fast pace Proficient in MS Office suite Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential (practical experience of using Excel for data manipulation, pivot tables, simple formulas etc is desirable) Strong organisation skills with the ability to multi-task Aptitude for or experience of working with budgets, financial trackers and forecasts Strong learning orientation with a high level of personal motivation to achieve Educated to degree level.
