Overview
Technical Product Manager required now to join a market leading MarTech organisation in Portsmouth. The role of Technical Product Manager: As a Technical Product Manager, you will manage the development and operational delivery of an Enterprise Integrations Platform by understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders. In this position, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and build consensus by understanding stakeholder requirements and constraints. Responsibilities of the Technical Product Manager: Creating the most powerful Integrations capability in the industry Monitoring and analysing market trends Studying competitors' services and products Exploring new ways of improving existing services and products Provide product training and technical expertise Identify and present innovative product solutions Work with the development team so that product requirements are understood Develop designs and prototypes to a high standard with the development team Coordinate product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the wider group Answer product related inquiries Ensuring that deliveries are of the highest quality including defining success criteria for testing and product acceptance Managing the product and bespoke delivery pipelines Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation The successful candidate WILL have experience in: Software Product Management Managing projects and delivery streams Anticipating delivery risks and managing multiple complex trade-offs Market research, product business analysis, and able to translate business requirements into technical requirements Working under pressure in a faced pace environment Understanding complex tasks Agile (Scrum) The IDEAL candidate: Hands-on technical background in software engineering. Technical experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or MS Dynamics Hardworking Ambitious and driven Reliable Self-starter
