Working within the MOJ High Value / Complex department. Candidates with previous RTA Fee Earner / Litigation experience is key along with a positive attitude for success. The Role - Fee Earner Dealing with high value/complex MOJ RTA cases Management of cases namely £10k-£25k Working to court deadlines Liaising and Reporting to insurers Ensuring limitations dates are met Writing letters negotiating settlements Witness Statements Letters of Instruction Reviewing medical reports Issuing court proceedings Use of in-house case management systems Keeping up to date with regulatory changes Required Skills - Fee Earner Previous RTA Fee Earner experience within a legal practice Preferred 2 years min experience Caseload management skills Evidence of working to tight deadlines Good knowledge of the CPR and JC Guidelines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail with excellent organisation Empathetic, compassionate with an even temperament to deal with potentially difficult situations with the ability to think logically IT skills such as WORD / EXCEL / OUTLOOK are essential To learn more about this position and express your interest, please forward on your CV or get in touch directly and we will let you know if your application is successful.
