This is your chance to join a consultancy who offer our clients solutions that no-one else can, from providing bespoke priced recruitment campaigns and hosted interviews, our own IT labs, technical testing, and training candidates for their individual needs. As part of our successful team, you will work across a range of IT including support, networking and infrastructure, and software development to help drive client and candidate relationships, our activity, brand, and fee generation. Some of your duties will include mentoring colleagues, working towards your agreed objectives and targets, providing effective solutions for our clients, getting involved with team and company initiatives and ensuring a high level of service all round. Not only this but you will get to take part in our aim to be the most consultative and service orientated recruiter in London. It's a bold ambition, and to achieve it we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is motivated, entrepreneurial, solutions orientated and, just as importantly, fun-loving. Our consultants drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation. You will focus on new business development, managing existing client relationships, managing the recruitment process, and mentoring junior members of the team. Each consultant has individual goals to deliver to contribute to a team target, and ultimately, to make you successful. We operate an environment where you should be able to work autonomously when needed, but also be able to help support and drive your team forward.
