Do you have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs? Teaching Assistant/ Learning Support Assistant/ SEN Teaching Assistant London Borough of Camden September 2020 - July 2021 £350 - £450 weekly pay rate (depending on experience) Based in the London Borough of Camden, this vibrant mainstream Primary School is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to help support a boy within Year 1. Ideally, you will be an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has worked and gained experience with children with Autism, ADHD, MLD, SLD or Global Delay. The ideal candidate for this role: Previous SEN experience is ideal Able to use initiative Able to manage challenging behaviour Someone who is confident and passionate Open to personal care Ideally has knowledge of working within children with language and communication needs This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve a combination of in class support and 1:1 work outside of the classroom. They are looking for someone to start immediately for a role which will last for the rest of the Academic year.
