Our vision is to be the most trusted and respected managed IT services provider. Job overview: We are looking for an additional member to join our growing helpdesk team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly company to further their career in IT and gain a better understanding of supporting IT in businesses. This role will be predominantly office based, remotely talking and supporting end users’ computers. Main responsibilities: Your role in the business will be to: Assist working on cloud services such as: Office365 Azure AD Amazon AWS You will also work on desktop related issues reported by our clients, this will include: Making telephone calls Sending emails Troubleshooting general end user problems Other duties include: The role will be quite varied, working with clients from multiple business sectors, with various operating systems and ages of computers. From time to time, there may be a requirement to assist with installations and cabling and visits to client sites. Desired skills and personal qualities: Have a good telephone manor Enjoy working with computers Enthusiastic and professional attitude Desired qualifications: 5 grade A-C GCSE’s, including Maths and English. Important Information: QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education. To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
