We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who enjoys providing the very best in customer care and enhancing the car buying journey. Do not miss out on this truly exciting opportunity As the Service Advisor with a positive and friendly approach, you will be responsible for: Meeting and greeting customers Accurately recording vehicle details Maximising service sales and profitability To provide effective day to day workshop administration from job cards to invoicing Providing outstanding customer service Hours of Work Mon - Fri - 8am-6pm 1 in 4 Saturdays You will be currently working as a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or an Aftersales Advisor working within an aftersales environment in a franchised car dealership. You will also have experience using the CDK/ ADP /Kerridge Dealer Management System as this would be a distinct advantage. A Full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
