Overview
Assistant Manager My client, based in Glasgow city centre, is currently looking to expand their existing team by adding an additional 2 Assistant Managers on a temporary basis. You will be a recent graduate who has preferably gained their degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or Physics. You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team, have excellent both written and verbal communication skills and strong numerical and analytical skills. IT literacy and experience with using Microsoft Office is essential. As Assistant Manager your key duties and responsibilities will be: Check and verify the accuracy of supplied information Register calculation on IT system Ensure applications re dealt with in an efficient manner Assess eligibility of applications Dealing with queries from current and new applicants Raise IT issues Providing support in and ad-hoc basis to other teams Due to the nature of this vacancy you must be available for interview at short notice.
