If yes please read on to learn more about a 3 month temporary role as an IT Helpdesk Analyst Your main responsibility will be to support our global engineering business, working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues, you will assist with all daily IT Support activities and learn with our experienced and friendly team Daily responsibilities will include but not restricted to: Administrative changes including active directory, user account set up, and group modifications. Asset management of equipment including but not limited to mobile phones, computers and peripherals. Remote installation of software. Support and fix issues remotely relating to Multi-factor Authentication and VPN Support and configuration of our Office 365 environment General troubleshooting of IT hardware and software issues. Focus on resolution of support calls to a first time fix. Ownership of the issue from receipt until resolution regardless of the location We are looking for someone who is passionate about IT with excellent analytical skills; a self-starter, team player & someone who is ambitious with a positive attitude towards work. Based with the Team in Bath you will work Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm, however due to the nature of the role hours of work will need to be flexible at times.
