TEMPORARY Administrator / Sales Support Administrator / Financial Services Administrator Potential to go permanent Salary: c£11.79 per hour £23,000 per annum Location: BATH Immediate requirement THE COMPANY: Our client is a well-established award-winning Chartered Financial Planners that provides lifetime financial advice to individuals, families and business across the world. THE JOB: Ultimately, to work with everyone in the team to meet client needs and improve client outcomes. This entails supporting financial advisers with preparing and maintaining client files, formulating recommendations, implementing recommendations and supporting reviews. Additionally, act as a second port of call to clients when the adviser is out of the office. This is a lovely varied support role… RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect detailed information required to compile a financial plan Check compliance paperwork is in order Complete application forms Make changes to clients’ investments as instructed Act as main point of contact and deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties and establish and build strong relationships with clients Organise outgoing post, distribute incoming post and scan documents on to client records held in the cloud. Put together and prepare first meeting and marketing packs. Printing and compiling information for client meetings. Write letters and emails to a variety of different people, from clients through to product providers and suppliers. Answer incoming phone calls. Meet and greet all visitors to the office, including clients for all advisers. This will involve keeping the meeting room stocked and clean but also making refreshments. Conducting medical questionnaires and chasing GPs. Tracking and monitoring cheques from clients. Liaising and chasing product providers on behalf of clients and sending off application The Person: An experienced administrator who has gained some experience within the financial services industry intelligent individual with the ability to think laterally and bring their own ideas to the table Strong Attention to detail and a naturally critical eye Presentable and smart individual with professional and personable communication skills both verbally and written A team player who can also work on their own initiative A personable character that can get on with people from all sorts of backgrounds and walks of life Extremely proficient with numeracy, IT and literacy - Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as adapting to the use of new systems Able to multi-task under pressure and achieve results without constant supervision A confident, competitive character with a good sense of humour who is caring, empathetic with high morals and naturally trustworthy.
