Job Description Due to our sustained growth, our Treasury team are currently looking to recruit a number of Structured Finance Analysts. Reporting into the Structured Finance Manager, the Analysts will be responsible for the execution of new debt facilities and the refinancing of existing facilities. To be considered, you will have a keen interest in developing your career within Treasury and Capital Markets as well as possessing a range of technical analytical skills, ideally within accounting and/or Treasury. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation of financial models, particularly in relation to structured finance and rating agency criteria; Support the on-going management of existing debt facilities; Support the preparation of investor and due diligence reports along with other stakeholder reporting; Partner with internal departments to provide reporting, resolve issues and work on cross functional projects; Assist with ensuring internal controls are properly maintained within the Treasury function; Build and maintain relationships with third parties (banks, investors, rating agencies). Qualifications Essential Experience: Partly Qualified CIMA/ACCA or similar; Industry or practice background; Strong Microsoft Excel / data management skills; Highly numerate with a degree, preferably in, mathematics, finance or accounting; Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines; Excellent analytical skills with proven report development and accuracy; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Desire to learn and develop new skills.
