We are seeking a Talent Consultant/Internal recruiter to become a key member of their team. As an ambassador for the company, you will be expected to always act as a role model to colleagues and consistently demonstrate the companies values and standards. What you will be doing: Responding to resourcing needs from hiring managers in a timely manner Conducting talent attraction activities using a combination of methods including networking, social media, on-line job sites & recruitment events Conducting a thorough screening and interviewing process in line with the competencies required for each vacancy Submitting candidates for interview & facilitate the process for all parties Obtaining and providing detailed feedback both from & to candidates Overseeing the running of candidate Assessment Centres Acting as custodian of the company brand and providing market information to ensure the company is well positioned to attract top talent Preparing and issuing all new joiner paperwork including Offer letters, Contracts of Employment & all associated administration Monitoring the progress and support provided to new employees by acting as a key point of support What you will bring: At least 1-year experience working within a fast-paced recruitment environment (either in-house or agency) An effective and influential communicator A well organised individual with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, work under pressure and deliver to deadlines Excellent communication skills with an ability to readily establish credibility with people An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional & discreet manner Benefits: 25 days of annual leave bank holidays Competitive basic salary internal bonus scheme Private healthcare after 1 year of employment Immersive training program with continuous attention to your development throughout your entire career Access to a platform that offers different discounts and free perks.
