Overview
4Leisure are currently recruiting for a full time, permanent Operations Manager on behalf of a leading leisure facility in the Marlow area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or somebody looking to take their next step within the industry. For this role you will need to have previous experience working in a similar leisure facility with knowledge of the daily operational duties required. A Pool Plant qualification is required for this role. NPLQ is desired. Your main duties for this role will include; Reporting to the General Manager and carrying out any duties in their absence Overseeing the daily operations and performance of the centre Ensuring the implementation of health and safety procedures Co-coordinating and overseeing the performance of Duty Managers Leading, managing and motivating staff members in the centre Delivering exceptional customer service to all members and dealing efficiently with issues The salary for this role is up to £24,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
