We provide a diverse range of inpatient services, including acute and psychiatric intensive care for adults (including our unique 18-25 year old service), child and adolescent mental health, specialist eating disorder (including day care) and private acute and addictions treatment programmes. Excellent communication and team-working skills are essential. Candidates will be able to undertake intellectual and psychological assessments and have a sound understanding of Cognitive Behavioural, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder therapeutic techniques. Some experience or understanding of working with eating disorders would also be beneficial. We are looking for A Clinical or Chartered Psychologist to join our tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service, to work within our full multi-disciplinary team comprising of Consultant Psychiatrists, therapists, education tutor, and nursing staff in delivering the highest quality of care to male and female patients ranging from 12 - 18 years of age presenting with acute psychiatric illness.
