Overview
Priory Hospital Bristol is part of the Healthcare Division of Priory Group and has 86 beds over eight wards varying from Eating Disorders, Acute Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, CAMHs Tier 4, CHAMHs PICU, Huntingdon's and Dementia. We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist for Brunel Ward, our CAMHS Tier 4. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role. You will be expected to provide medical leadership to our multi-disciplinary team and actively progress the unit. More than that, you will drive continuous improvement in medical and professional practice, working closely with the senior management team to evaluate and enhance our performance in CAMHS PICU and develop pioneering new services. Reporting to the Medical Director, we are seeking an experienced CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist with appropriate specialist training and section 12(2) approval, you will have proven ability to contribute to the development of site policy. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills are, of course, essential.
