Science NQT – Paying MPS2/3 | Permanent | Fantastic NQT Induction | Tower Hamlets An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets are on the hunt for several Science NQTs for September 2020 starts. These are both full time, and permanent posts. As a leading training School throughout the Borough of Tower Hamlets this Secondary School are renowned for its fantastic trainee & NQT program that has created hundreds of leaders, and ‘Outstanding’ Secondary Teachers. The School are looking to attract the best, and have therefore offered to pay Science NQTs MPS2/3 (£32,070 - £33,741) – This is well above normal sector rate, and they are keen to carry on progressing you through the ranks The current Science Head of Department has had a long-line of success throughout the School establishing the Science Department as one of the strongest Departments – HOW? Easy through providing all his Science Teachers with the support and resources needed to excel. He promotes a fantastic work/life balance and takes all the pressure away from his Science Teachers. The Science Department is made up of 12 Science Teachers all ranging from graduate/Trainee Science Teachers, NQTs, Experienced and Teach First Science Teachers. It’s the perfect balance that all go above and beyond for one another daily. Due to the Science Department expanding they are now looking for two new Science NQTs to join the team this September.
