Registered Night Nurse - RMN RGN RNLD Nursing, Dementia and Palliative Care Home Radstock Night shifts, 8 - 8 £17.00ph (£17.50 on weekends) Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with an independent care home provider in the search to expand their nursing team. We are looking for strong, confident nurses with experience in a nursing home environment. In a beautifully purpose-built nursing home, my client aims to deliver a broad range of nursing services to older people with dementia and palliative care. The Candidate As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. You will have up to date knowledge of clinical practices and an understanding of the CQC, regulatory requirements and framework. The ideal candidate be a confident nurse and will have experience working in a nursing home environment. Requirements - Passion for elderly care and dementia. - Clinically confident. - Valid NMC Pin Location The service is situated in Radstock and is easily commutable from Farnborough, Bath, Bristol, Shepton Mallet, Frome and surrounding areas Interview Process The interview process will be in a one stage format. - Stage One - Face to face meeting with the Home Manager Summary My client is seeking experienced Staff Nurses who are clinically confident and looking for an opportunity to join this independent provider. This role requires someone who knows how to perform to the best of their abilities and will help provide the best person centre care possible.
