Company Name: Gerrard White Location: Tunbridge Wells Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Role Name: Talent Acquisition Business Partner (In-House Recruiter) Negotiable base salary depending upon experience Role Purpose: Talent Acquisition representative for a large multi-brand company, integrated seamlessly into the business area and capable of providing credible recruitment knowledge and support on various levels. Ensuring all TA processes are followed for recruitment purposes. Working with hiring managers to fill new vacancies from recruitment strategy through to offer stage. Providing advice to the business on the current recruitment market and trends, salary levels and potential hazards that may affect their recruitment process and in turn the impact on the business. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinating all vacancies (forwarding applications, chasing feedback) Passing on feedback to internal and external candidates Devising recruitment plans with hiring managers Writing/reviewing job descriptions Organising, conducting/assisting with interviews and assessment days Maintaining records and keeping databases up to date in real time Promoting the TA services and processes to hiring managers Supporting the business areas with strategic recruitment planning and foreseeing the impact of growth areas whilst anticipating the timelines required to minimise the effect on the business Proactively support the delivery of Talent Acquisition across the partnered business areas Act as a single point of contact for the business and relevant hiring manager community Assist with salary surveys through conducting market research Actively identify gaps and supports the business with proposals and solutions to associated risks Act as an integrated member of the business community and support them Capable of challenging the business and existing methods to improve the support and service that we provide Support Managers with Project work where applicable Monthly, quarterly and yearly MI reports to Execs Perform PSL reviews for agencies and negotiating fees with new agencies Weekly reports Key Skills and Knowledge: Essential Skills: Substantial recruitment experience Proven relationship building with Stakeholders Excellent organisation skills High level of both written and oral communication Experience working with staff or stakeholders from low level to senior management Ability to change styles dependent upon audience Able to be an ambassador for client Strong negotiation skills Strong business acumen and commercial awareness Able to work accurately at a fast pace Ability to delegate work when necessary Confident in own knowledge Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to influence decisions with credible support and advice Desirable Skills: Knowledge of similar businesses. Experience of using in-house recruitment software such as icims or Peoplesoft Ability to work both independently and part of a team Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel Flexible attitude Why work for us?
