Overview
A great opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join a leading law firm based in South East London. The firm are currently seeking a talented residential property solicitor or conveyancer to join their Legal 500 ranked property department. The firm are well known, regarded as one of the market leaders. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years post qualification experience. You will be confident, able to manage a busy a varied caseload of high value matters within residential property law. The role would require you to independently manage a caseload of residential property matters which include sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity releases and new build matters acting behalf of some high net worth and high profile individuals. There will be a requirement to develop existing relationships with clients and external sources such as estate agents whilst contributing towards to the successful development of the department in line with the business plan. The ideal candidate will have good team working and collaborative skills, always delivering an exceptional client service. Experience of leading a team would be advantageous. You will be highly organised alongside some excellent communication skills. You will have a genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm.
