Customer Service Advisor Our client is an Iconic fashion brand that has its customer service centre in Southampton. In order for them to achieve customer excellence, they are looking to recruit a Telephone Customer Service Advisor who, through their efficient, timely and professional approach, will provide the very best standards of support to our loyal customer base. Job Description of Customer Service Advisor To provide high quality information, advice and guidance to customers via telephone and email To ensure customer queries are resolved in accordance with agreed standards To adhere to Service Level Agreements within the Customer Service Department. Develop yourself into an integral part of the team, ensuring clear communication between colleagues and our customers. Continuously develop your personal knowledge and understanding of products, services, company procedures/policies and our customers’ expectations.
