Overview
Children's Residential Autism. Barton Upon Humber. Flexible work and temp-perm opportunities. £8.50 per hour Your new company You will be working for a residential service in the Barton-upon-Humber area, focused on supporting children with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. Your new role In your new role you will be supporting boys & girls aged 8-19 with varying levels of complex behaviour. In some cases this can be very challenging and you will be expected to manage this with your team, stabilising extreme patterns of behaviours whilst providing positive and enriching life experiences. Shift patterns vary between 2.45pm-9.45pm, 9.45am-9.45pm or 10pm-9am What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to have a high level of enthusiasm, commitment and resilience as you may face some challenging situations. You will need recent and relevant experience within the care sector and will be open to shift work. Placement is subject to satisfactory references and a DBS check.
