Children's Support Worker Job, Days, Flexible Working, Your new company We are recruiting for Children's Support Workers to work days at a residential school in Dorset for children who have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and other associated difficulties on the Autistic Spectrum. The support workers job is for full or part time hours. Permanent positions available Your new role Working as a support worker you will be involved with the development and nourishment of the student's education and provide physical and emotional support. You will build good, positive, professional relationships with students and colleagues and will provide a person-centred care & understanding of individual's needs. What you'll need to succeed You must be a calm, caring and cheerful person who is passionate about working with children and young people. You must show an understanding of the specific needs within Autism. You must have at least 6 months experience within a similar role. You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
