This award winning independant travel business has significantly invested in it's staff, infrastructure and growth recently and are now looking for a new IT Support Developer to join them. IT Support Developer - What will I be doing ? You will be providing telephone and email support to clients/staff on bespoke software You will triage support logs/tickets and update customers on progress Trouble shooting problems Converting HTML form designs into code Assisting in software releases IT Support Developer - What experience do I need? You will need to have worked recently in an IT Support Developer role Good understanding of .Net ASP Webforms Experience of C# and Visual Studio Knowledge of MySQL (including use of My SQL workbench) Good problem-solving skills Good communication skills Proven ability to troubleshoot issues Able to manage own workload
