PET NUTRITION EUROPE D2C DIRECTOR
Overview
We're looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company. Defining Mars Pet Nutrition D2C growth ambition, strategy and roadmap to win in this fast growing channel. Our D2C business results, including budget design and crafting value propositions for Europe, working with your colleagues in our global D2C team. Leading D2C projects launch and deployment with both internal and external colleagues. Recruiting and leading a team to deliver D2C for Mars. You’ll be hiring world class project management teams, sales and marketing experts and operational leaders. Working with our European Marketing VP and Sales VP to transform our traditional brands into the D2C model also. Significant experience in a D2C environment, either within a large corporate, or within an established or new start up as a leader. Operational experience of running and leading new product or brand launches. Genuine passion and expertise in all things digital, as well as enthusiasm, a confidence to get hands on when required, a positive attitude and a desire to lead.
