Overview
An opportunity for someone with experience in Business Administration to join a small but rapidly growing Robotics company based in Liverpool. The business is 10 years old, currently have 12 employees and are privately owned. As such, they are a close-knit team and there is a real emphasis on collaborative working. Last year the company turnover grew by 30% and the MD is forecasting further growth of 30% this year so this really is a great opportunity for someone to join a really exciting company. As the company is continuing to grow, a Business Administrator role has opened. This is a full-time, office-based role with the company office based in Liverpool. This is a role which primarily involves helping with the organisation of the company, including: ·Reporting to the Managing Director and assisting with their workload ·Liaising with Engineers and providing internal support ·Purchasing materials required for projects ·Dealing with incoming enquiries ·Helping maintain the company’s CRM system Please note, this role does not involve cold calling, but applicants must expect to be on the phone a significant amount when working. Additionally, a good level of IT and English literacy is expected. Strong candidates will display the following: ·Experience working in a Business Administration or similar role ·Experience working within an Engineering/Manufacturing industry ·Confidence communicating on the phone and building rapport with clients ·IT and English Literacy ·Experience working with a CRM system is preferable ·A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively The remuneration package for this role is laid out below: · Salary : £20-£23,000 · Bonus structure : Yearly bonus dependent on company profit · Holidays : 25 days · Other benefits : - Pension scheme 4% employer contribution and 5% employee minimum contribution. - Great company culture
