Senior Recruiter - Reading - 6 Month Contract - £30p/h (Inside IR35) ARMs client play a crucial role in the defence of the United Kingdom. ARM are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join this exciting business in Reading on a 6 Month Contract. Responsibilities: Direct sourcing of candidates using all appropriate channels Build relationships appropriate to area of expertise Support the Resourcing Business Partner to provide insight and data Own and review the candidate pipeline and provide updates to relevant stakeholders Manage the end to end hiring process from screening to offer Requirements: Extensive end to end recruitment experience Direct sourcing experience within a cooperate services background In house Recruitment experience desirable Knowledge of Workday preferred Strong interpersonal skills Sourcing experience with a variety of recruitment tools High level of aptitude in oral, written and email communication This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
