Overview
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for branch in the Chelmsford, Ongar area. The Company: The client is a franchise organisation that is continuing to grow. The client is an established franchise set up company with 8 branches scattered across the country that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. The Branch/The role: This is a brand-new branch. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced Branch Manager within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
