£30,000 per annum | 42 hours | Days | Good CQC Rating | Residential Care | My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager to lead their service in Horley. This small service provides 24-hour nursing care to elderly residents and younger adults, supporting those with mental health conditions, dementia, learning and physical disabilities. For this Residential Home Manager (Non-Nurse) position, the home is offering the following: • A generous annual salary of £30,000 • Permanent contract for 42 hours per week on days • Further benefits and bonus scheme will be discussed at interview Applicants for this Residential Home Manager (Non-Nurse) position should meet the following criteria: • Have completed a recognised management qualification such as Diploma Level 5/The Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 or 5 • From a strong background in elderly care, with experience as Registered Manager • Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, increasing profitability without compromising on care • Able to lead, develop and inspire both clinical and non-clinical teams • Have good understanding and knowledge of CQC and care standards For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
