Overview
Three positions have become available for Senior Residential Support Workers at a new residential childrens home in the Banbury area. Great salary from £23,000-£28,000 plus holidays, pension, and the chance to complete and NVQ to enhance your skill set. Call Charlotte now for more information The home will be supporting 4-5 children at any one time with EBD and the rotas will contain early shifts, late shifts, sleep ins and weekends. This a challenging but rewarding role. This is an interesting and rewarding opportunity supporting young people, often from difficult backgrounds, providing care and emotional support as well as supporting with behavioural problems. Duties include supporting in the home, with activities and outings, supporting with meals and chores and ensuring the best care for the children in the home. The applicant should have training and experience in care, ideally working with looked after children.
