About the role In this role you will have the chance to make an impact on the service users and their families life. You will support young adults with learning difficulties to best reach their potential and improve their quality of life. About you The ideal candidate must ensure that they are willing to provide the best service possible in order to help the client achieve their full potential in all areas of development. The ideal candidate must have the following NVQ Level 2/3 Health and Social Care / Equivalent Enhanced DBS Manual Handling Certificate, Health & Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Epilepsy Certificate, Safeguarding Certificate Level 2 and 3, Medication Certificate At least 12 months’ previous experience in a health care setting working with adults with learning difficulties Ability to provide emotional support Ability to conduct personal care Ability to push Wheelchair bound users Ability to carry out basic first aid and undertake Risk Assessments Apply Today
