Overview
One of my longest standing and most trusted clients is on the lookout for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in Rossendale on a permanent basis. Key Skills Required of the 2nd Line Support Engineer: At least 1-2yrs experience in a similar role; good proven knowledge and ideally experience in the following: - Active Directory - Group Policy - Server 2012/2016 - Knowledge of DHCP/DNS/Folder Permissions - Basic Router / Firewall Config - Switches - Basic Antivirus software skills - Esxi/Hyper-v - PC/Laptop Installations - On-Prem Exchange Administration / Office 365 Deployment - General understanding of Backup technologies The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be paid up to £28,000 per annum.
