Are you looking for a good career opportunity as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor within a long-standing business based in Kegworth? As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor , your focus will be: Pre and post sale administration support to their Mortgage Advisors Communicate with clients to book appointments and obtain required information Plus, you will be provided with training to begin undertaking advice to clients on general insurance products Your duties will enable you to learn a good foundation of knowledge of mortgages. Over time you will be able to increase the complexity of your responsibilities. Progression to Trainee Mortgage Advisor Following a period of strong performance and consistency, you will then be able to get more hands on and shadow their experienced Mortgage Advisors. Over time, this will lead into you providing mortgage and protection advice to clients. This structure has proven to be effective. Trainee Mortgage Advisor Requirements Must be CeMAP qualified and have experience within mortgages - either as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Administrator Must be a motivated and driven individual with strong desire to be successful Must be able to handle multiple cases and work towards time sensitive deadlines The Company Our client is a long-established Mortgage Brokerage, of nearly 30 years, who consistently write high levels of mortgage and protection business and have strong lead sources. This company specifically operate within the new build mortgage advice sector and have developed close relationships with property developers.
