Overview

Brand new permanent vacancy to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Stonehouse. The company has a very low turnover of staff, the environment is relaxed, they are easy going and can be flexible with hours. Due to retirement they are now recruiting for an Administrator who will be based in the office with the two Manager’s providing them with administrative support, answering the phones and dealing with queries. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, can work on their own initiative and pick things up quickly. Responsibilities; - Processing orders through to invoicing - Producing quotations - Arranging couriers - Matching invoices - General administrative support to the General Manager and Operations Manager - Answering calls and dealing with queries - Sending out invoices - Chasing outstanding payments - Other ad hoc administrative tasks Candidate Attributes - Excellent customer service - Accurate attention to detail - Confident - Adaptable - Able to work on own initiative Hours - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm - These are the standard hours, but this is flexible for the right candidate. Salary - £18k
